I have studied Stress Management, Yoga, Clinical Hypnosis, and hold a certificate in Applied Positive Psychology from the Flourishing Center, New York , one of the world’s leaders in the field of Positive Psychology training. I aim to use this knowledge to assist people increase their wellbeing and vitality and to make positive & lasting changes to their lives.
