The clinic can be performed in one or two 45 minute sessions, and covers Physical Wellbeing including nutrition, exercise & sleep as well as Mental Wellbeing including relaxation, positivity and mood. The clinic focuses on keystone habits and includes simple, actionable steps to get you started. You will learn how small, consistent changes can have a significant effect on your wellbeing & vitality.
