Over the coming weeks and months join me and follow my iThriveTips, as I detail a wide range of interventions, all proven to increase your level of wellbeing. All have been tested through randomised controlled trials and included in one or more meta-analyses. These are considered the gold standard of research and give the confidence of rigorous scientific testing to the interventions. In plain English, this means try these out, they really do work! All the interventions are organised into the PERMA-V framework and so will be concerned with Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning Achievement, or Vitality.
